Text-to-Give Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Participation
Forest Forward operates this Text-to-Give campaign using SMS messaging services provided by Twilio. By texting the designated keyword to our campaign number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Participation requires a compatible mobile device and may not be available on all carriers.

2. Donations and Payments
Texting a keyword may provide instructions or a link to complete a donation. A donation is complete only after successful authorization and processing. Donations are subject to applicable payment processing and refund policies.

3. Messaging Terms
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of texts does not cancel a donation already authorized.

4. Privacy
Information collected through this campaign will be handled according to our Privacy Policy at https://www.forestforward.org/text-to-give-campaign-privacy-policy/. We may share information with service providers, including Twilio and our payment processor, as necessary to operate the campaign. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Availability and Liability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the campaign at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for service interruptions or message delivery failures caused by third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
