1. WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE FOREST THEATER GRAND RETURN TAKE PLACE?
The Grand Return will take place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 4:30 to 9:00 p.m. at the historic Forest Theater in South Dallas. Additional arrival details will be shared closer to the celebration.
2. WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE GRAND RETURN?
Get ready for a celebration of the Forest Theater’s return! The event will feature live entertainment, music, food, local vendors, community experiences, special activations, and opportunities to experience the beautifully restored Forest Theater.
3. HOW DO I RESERVE ENTRY TO THE GRAND RETURN?
Advance registration is required. Guests can reserve entry with a contribution starting at $5, with the opportunity to contribute at an amount meaningful to them. Each guest must register individually to attend.
4. WHO CAN ATTEND THE GRAND RETURN?
The Grand Return is designed to welcome the entire community, including families and children of all ages.
5. WHAT FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Guests will have access to a variety of food, beverage, and concession options throughout the event. Outside food and beverages are prohibited.
6. WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Designated event parking, shuttle service, rideshare, and guest drop-off options are being planned. A detailed Know Before You Go guide with parking and transportation information will be shared before the event.
7. WHAT ACCESSIBILITY ACCOMMODATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
The Forest Theater is committed to creating an accessible and welcoming experience. Accessible entrances, restrooms, seating, and arrival accommodations will be available.
8. WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?
For the safety and comfort of all guests, security screening and event policies will be in place. Final bag and prohibited-item guidelines will be included in our Know Before You Go information.
9. WHAT PARTS OF THE GRAND RETURN WILL TAKE PLACE INDOORS AND OUTDOORS?
The Grand Return will include experiences inside the Forest Theater and throughout the surrounding outdoor event areas. Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and check the weather before arriving.
